Harvested in October 2023 our most recent organic olive oil is now ready for shipping. Extremely high in polyphenols known for their longevity enhancing anti-toxidant properties this oil is cold pressed from olives harvested from our estate in the Appenine foothills of Umbria, Italy from trees planted 500 years ago.
We test every season's oil with our accredited laboratory in Perugia and this year's oil has an extremely high polyphenol count of 612mg/kg so has a very high antioxidant effect.
